from the desk of maisie: enoughness

Enoughness (noun): the state of knowing you are enough, shining, and fully seen.

Dear you,

You tend to question yourself after you’ve already given a lot. Enough isn’t something you reach. It’s something you notice.

You don’t have to earn rest or explain why you’re tired. And you definitely don’t have to finish everything to be allowed to stop.

Some days, “enough” looks loud and checked-off and productive. Other days, it looks quiet. Or unfinished.

It still counts.

“This is enough” isn’t quitting. It’s listening.

I made you a little mixtape for the days when your brain starts arguing with your body. Nothing dramatic, just something to keep you company while you remember who you are.

You don’t need a new version of yourself. Or need fixing. Because you, my friend, are already standing in enoughness.

xo,

Maisie
